Accutane and Alcohol?

So obviously its New Year's Eve and tonight all of my friends are going to be drinking, but I'm on the acne drug accutane.
Is it OK if I have a few drinks? Will I cause large permanent damage to my liver by doing this or is a few drinks OK?
I've been on accutane for 3 months now, and I haven't used Tylenol, been drinking, all I did was accidentally take NyQuil a few times which I'm not positive but could have affected my liver since its ingredients are similar to Tylenol. But do you think a few drinks will be fine?

Go to your local health store or a vitamin store and buy a smal bottle of vitamin c lotion. It's only about 3 dollars, apply twice a day under make up and a mosterizer. Look more up about it but I use it and it has helped my dark acne spots. It will take maybe a month or so to see actual changes

most likely, its freckles. freckles are absolutely normal, in fact, freckles are sexy
but if there raised or really big, then idk. but if ur really consernd ask ur dermatioligist.

Hm, have friend Palmer's or AMBI fade cream? It gets rid of those spots. And evens out the skin tone. It takes a while for the result (2-3mos) but it works! Vitamin E oil also works great too
